The Effect of Technostructural Application on Improving the Quality of Banking Service

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of technostructural applications in improving the quality of banking services. The study was applied in Rafidain Bank, and a set of appropriate statistical methods were used, including correlation analysis, regression, and path analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that technostructural applications play a positive and important role in the quality of banking service. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of adopting technostructural applications to create the appropriate infrastructure for organizational change to improve the quality of banking service.
