Green Intellectual Capital and Firm Performance: A Systematic Literature Review
Abstract
This systematic literature review examines the relationship between green intellectual capital and firm performance. It synthesizes the existing research on how organizations' environmental knowledge, human capital, and social capital influence their financial and non-financial performance. The review highlights the importance of developing and leveraging green intellectual capital for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
