Enhancing Employee Engagement through Transformational Leadership: A Cross-Cultural Study
Abstract
This cross-cultural research investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement. The study examines how transformational leadership behaviors, such as inspirational motivation and individualized consideration, influence employee engagement across different cultural contexts. By collecting survey data from employees in multinational organizations, the research identifies cultural factors that moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement. The findings contribute to the understanding of leadership practices in diverse settings and offer practical recommendations for managers seeking to enhance employee engagement.
