Assessing the Effects of Remote Work on Employee Well-being and Productivity
Abstract
This research examines the impact of remote work on employee well-being and productivity. The study investigates the effects of remote work arrangements on factors such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, stress levels, and task performance. By collecting survey data from employees in different industries and analyzing qualitative interviews, the research provides insights into the benefits and challenges of remote work and offers recommendations for organizations and individuals to optimize remote work arrangements for employee well-being and productivity.
