Abstract

This study investigates the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational learning within contemporary businesses. As organizations strive for innovation and adaptability, effective knowledge sharing practices have emerged as critical drivers of learning and development. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather insights from employees across various industries. Findings indicate that robust knowledge sharing mechanisms significantly enhance organizational learning by facilitating the exchange of information, promoting collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key factors influencing knowledge sharing include trust, communication channels, and leadership support. The study concludes that organizations that prioritize knowledge sharing not only improve their learning processes but also enhance overall performance and competitiveness. Implications for management emphasize the need to create environments that encourage open communication and collaboration to maximize the benefits of knowledge sharing.
