Abstract

This research explores the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on tourism marketing. In the evolving landscape of global tourism, effective HRM and innovative use of ICT have become critical drivers of marketing success. The study investigates how HRM practices—such as talent acquisition, employee training, and performance management—can enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, which are key components in marketing destinations and tourism products. Additionally, it examines the role of ICT tools—such as social media, websites, and mobile applications—in shaping consumer behavior, improving customer engagement, and facilitating targeted marketing strategies.. By analyzing the interaction between HRM and ICT in tourism enterprises, the research provides insights into how these two domains can work synergistically to enhance competitive advantage, drive customer loyalty, and optimize marketing efforts. Case studies and quantitative data from various tourism sectors are used to demonstrate the potential of integrating ICT innovations and HRM best practices. The findings highlight the significance of aligning human capital management with cutting-edge technologies to meet the dynamic demands of the tourism industry, ultimately boosting growth and profitability.
