The Mediating Role Of Reducing Work Stress In The Marketing Environment Between Time Management And The Increase In Job Performance Of Human Resources
Abstract
This study seeks to analyze the role of time management in reducing work stress and increasing job performance among human resources, through a survey study conducted at the University of the Prophets. The importance of the study stems from the urgent need for academic institutions to develop effective administrative strategies that enable them to enhance job efficiency and reduce the negative effects of work stress. This study contributes to providing important insights on how to improve the work environment at the university by applying the principles of time management effectively. The study also relied on the survey study method, where a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 112 employees working in the university administration. The data was analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to determine the relationship between the study variables. The study therefore concluded that there is a positive and strong relationship between effective time management and reducing work stress, which leads to improving the job performance of employees. The study concluded that it is necessary to adopt effective time management strategies within the university, in addition to providing continuous training courses for employees to enhance their time management skills, which will contribute to creating a more productive and less stressful work environment.
