Abstract

This study explores the potential of blockchain technology to transform governance practices by improving transparency, accountability, and trust. Blockchain’s immutable and decentralized ledger offers a robust mechanism to record transactions, monitor public expenditures, and ensure regulatory compliance. The research highlights case studies from governments and organizations leveraging blockchain for transparent electoral processes, supply chain tracking, and anti-corruption initiatives. Challenges such as scalability, regulatory hurdles, and public acceptance are also discussed, offering a comprehensive framework for integrating blockchain into governance.
