Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of strategic scenario planning on organizational success, focusing on a sample of university professors at Kufa University. Utilizing structural equation modeling, the study delves into the intricate relationship between strategic scenario planning and its impact on organizational success. Through comprehensive data analysis, the research endeavors to uncover how strategic scenario planning shapes and influences the overall success of organizations, particularly within the academic realm. results indicated that participants report of work engagement statistically and practically increased their work engagement scores attributable to scenario planning.
